Silver Lube N - Lubrication, release, and seizure prevention at ultra-high temperatures.

Silver Lube N Spray - Heat-resistant lubricant, release agent, anti-seizing, aluminum fine powder and mineral oil.

Special mineral oil is blended with fine aluminum powder. At low temperatures, the special mineral oil functions as a lubricant, while at high temperatures, molten aluminum provides lubrication. It is suitable for lubricating machine sliding surfaces, bearings, die casting at ultra-high temperatures, releasing diamond tools, preventing seizure of bolts and nuts at high temperatures, corrosion prevention underwater, and rust prevention during mold storage. It has strong corrosion resistance, making it usable as a rust inhibitor. [420ml aerosol]

Heat-resistant lubricant and release agent | Whity Seven

For lubrication and release at high temperatures, as well as preventing seizing and metal adhesion. It is based on boron nitride (hBN).

"Whity Seven" is a heat-resistant lubricant based on boron nitride (hBN) that lubricates in high-temperature ranges where lubricating oils, fluoropolymers, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite lose their lubricating properties. It is a white paste with a heat resistance limit of 900°C in an oxidizing atmosphere and 1,200°C in a vacuum. [Features] - Uses high-purity boron nitride as the lubricant - Excellent lubricity at high temperatures - Dries well at room temperature - No heat cure (baking) required when used in an oxidizing atmosphere - Can be used for lubrication in a vacuum after heat curing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[BiRAL Problem Solving Case] Small Helicopter

Prevention of heating device troubles. Excellent heat resistance and lubricity.

Issues: The heating system of the Hughes 500 helicopter mixes 270°C hot air generated by the turbine engine with outside air. Due to the high temperature, the mixing valve frequently failed due to wear and seizure. Solution: The Bilal VG-HT is excellent in heat resistance and lubrication, solving the problem by requiring lubrication every 25 flight hours. Additionally, lubricating the rotating parts of the main rotor allowed for an extension of the lubrication interval. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
